Plant wise data in vf05

Dear sd gurus

i want one  billing report based on plant wise so directly it is not possible in vf05

so i maintained some settings

and i maintaines werks in field name also

after that i saved this document and i tried in vf05 i gave payer , and name of the material but system is not showing plant wise data,and i tryed sapmv65a as a program name pl advise me how to do it

or i did any mistake plz let me know

What fields do you / your client want in this report?

VF05N gives billing information at header level. Whereas plant is at an item level.

For one billing document there could be multiple plants, would that help?

bz if we do settings in img---sales and distribution ----billing---lists--- define selection criteria

now coming

in va05 it is not coming

for VF05, there is separate Program and for VA05 there is separate Program, try to do brain storming you will get the answer.

Dear i tried with 2 programs but finally i got conclusion that is if my plant is coming from  cmr

it will not show in vao5 so i used se16n here i checked for plant leval data for one time

You have done it properly and it should be working in your system. The newly added selection field for PLANT can be seen in the 'Further Selection Criteria'. Please click the button 'Further sel. criteria' on the application tool bar in VF05.

i have done these settings

step1: i checked below given menu path

img--sales&dist-sales-list-define sales criteria-

(here i maintained above given settings even though it is not showing plant data in vf05

and one more setting i have done

img-sd-billing-list-define billing criteria

even though it is not showing the plant data in vf05 under further selection tab

it ia showing the previous tab only no changes made

You have done it perfectly fine. Once again Please check with the following:

1.Program Name :SAPMV65A

2.Transaction Group: 7

3.Display Group:D

4.Event:SELK

5.it: 9

6.Field Name: WERKS.

Save it and check you will be getting the plant in further selection criteria.

and one more setting i have done
img-sd-billing-list-define billing criteria

Please check that desire setting is there at that client or Not.

Else you can create a Z Report with the help of ABAPER by giving the logic to him that he should put the loop at VBRP and then fetch the VBRK with the help of VBRP-VBLEN, by doing this you will get even more information like material,quantity and many more.

You have to do the configuration setting at...

IMG - Sales and Distribution - Billing - Lists - Define Selection Criteria.

The path you are following is for Sales and not for billing.

Thank you for your post i got the plant data in vf05 bz i maintained display range D

last time i put K bz i found K in Google

But dear i am unable to get the plant data in va05 even i maintained selection criteria in sales...

and one more doubt what is display range D and K

I read but no clarity on display range

plz plz help me dear
