ARA: SOD Report difference in GRC 5.3 and GRC 10

Hello All,

I am facing with report download for user analysis in GRC 10.

In GRC 5.3 when we ran the SOD analysis for a user on "Permission", we used to get the user group, user name and RIsk description alonmg with other fields.

These 3 fields are missing when we are downloading the report from GRC 10.

Any Suggestion to get these fields.

Hi Rajesh,

Run your report in Business View, you will get the description/text fields.

Note:- running reports using Business View may lead to performance issue. If you face the same, you may run the analysis with small range of users (for example... A* to D*, etc.) to achive your reporting with description/text fields.

Hi Neeraj,

Thanks for reply and i got 2 fields Risk description and Name of user however, I still didnt get the "User group".

Any other option to get the user group.

Have you managed to add the user group or custom user group to the ARA report?

Hi Rajesh,

Make sure after the running the report, The format is not "Executive Summary" because you cannot see the User group in the same select any other format and you will have the user group.
