<SID>ADM not able to start JSPM

Hi,

why <sid>adm (windows) not able to start JSPM in netweaver 7.31 if i use run As administrator or login with Administrator (windows) i am able to do all the operations.

Any suggestions. Please find the BOOTSTRAP_01.log file

I have started jspm As administrator (windows admin). it works.

Check the j2ee logs, especially the bootstrap logs in the java work directory

Post errors you find.

if problem persists then doing a hard restart should fix the issue. If this problem is recurrent then open an OSS message.

Hello

Check the user environment variable for administrator and setup the same for <sid>adm. I think this will help you.

hi Sreeni

Check for JAVA_HOME and PATH in the administrator id and set the same for <sid>adm. Logoff and login then launch JSPM.

Hi Sreeni,

          Bala mean to say that you have to set this environment variable in the server running OS system. It looks like Java environment is available in your server directory but JAVA_HOME variable has not been set.

If you need detailed procedure, let me know.

That is what i said.... i have created environment variables in OS level & for the user <SID>adm.

Still it is not responding.
