Transport control program tp could not be started

Hello,

I am trying to test TP program in STMS while doing so error is being displayed that Transport control program tp could not be started.

System CNI Command :TMS_PM_DISTRIBUTE_PROFILE

Client 000 Service: tp Profile Service

User TMSADM Start : Online

Date 22.02.2007 Function :TMS_PS_WRITE_PROFILE_TO_DISK

Time 17:55:31 Message : SET_CODEPAGE_FAILED

Please advise.

Could you please check TP syslog.

You will get more detail about the problem area in TP syslog.

--> it looks like there is a permission problem.

Is this system your transport domain controller?

If not, make sure that "cniadm" and "SAPServiceCNI" users have write permissions on your transport directory.
