Local Product Categories not finding in Search

Hi Expert ,

I have Created Local Product categories in SRM But when i Try to assigned in Org structure I am not able to find same in Search. also not able to find when create SC .

Please help to resolve the issue.

Hello Sharad,

Could you please advise how you have created Local Product Category in SRM? Through COMM_HIERARCHY?

Also, if you could check table COMM_CATEGORY and see if the newly created Product Category is showing up in this table? If it does then when you are trying to assign this in Extended Attribute to user which Src System in Drop down menu you are selecting ? It should be local SRM system not the backend.

Hi Ritesh ,

I have created The Local product categories from T code COMM_CATEGORY.

I did check in table COMM_CATEGORY, the newly created entries are available only diffrance i Seen in the data is  NON ASSIGNABLE   = X and HISTEX  = X marked in this table.

in org structure we have searched with local logical system .. no entires found.

HI

I am able to search the local Product Categories by doing change in setting in Config

Assign Hierarchies to Applications where I assigned the Local Hierarchies .
