Unable to re-send your activation email error

Dear Colleagues,

For the user ID (e-mail address removed for security by Patrick Dinneen) when trying to send the activation email we are getting the error 'We are unable to re-send your activation email'

Please help.

A reset password request has been sent via email to the stated e-mail.
