Hi Ashish & Rishi,
Thanks to both for replying.
I did try what you have mentioned and have been successful in automatically creating the RFC destination. However, I am facing an error while carrying out a Connection test and the error message is related to the program id not being registered. Need some help in registering the same.
Regards
Rakesh.

Hi Rakesh
Please find the below link for installing the CCMS
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/48/6a76607a7c91409474ad6c7b6f5a26/content.htm
Follow the above steps and you should be all set .
Thanks

Hi Rakesh,
No need to create this RFC destination manually. When you register sapccm4x agent at OS level, this destination will be automatically created.
Just work towards, installation and registration of this agent at OS level.
After that make sure that agent is running at OS level. If agent is registered and running, your automatically created TCP/IP destination will also work.
Let me know if this is done and still you are facing some issues.
Cheers !!!
