We are using SAP ESS for user accebility for Travel Management . For a single case the trip status is showing In-Process but with a Lock icon. I am not able to do anything on it.Please suggest any solution.
You should be able to edit the trip in this status and with lock icon as this icon means only that the trip is being processed and therefore cannot be approved.
Check the authorization objects AUTHF/AUTHP/AUTHS to see what read/write access etc provided - check the documentation link below for more details.
