2 multilevel catogorization schema in Incident/service req

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to have 2 categorization schema in sap crm ITSM (transaction type ITIN or SMIN ) our requirement is to have 2 schema with different category to be visible to users while raising an incident based on the roles of the users.

we have the assignment block 'categorization' as a standard in ITIN, we assume user have the choice to choose the schema 1 or 2 and enter the category level 1,2..4 and create a Incident,

Is it correct, please throw some light.. share an idea.

Thanks,

KK

Hello K K,

I think is rather not possible to assign 2 cat. schemas to one transaction type. Documentation about cat. schema you`ll find here:

Hi SAPFan,

It is possible tot have 2 ct schema for trx type, if we set the cardinality customizing setting in spro with n (application area) :m (schemas).

but while raising a incident only 1 schema is pointed by system even 2 schemas are in active status. I guess any possiblity of 2 scemas visibility in incident at the time of creation, which will restrict the user to create a incident with xx category

Thanks,

KK
