Hi all,
I would like to check if SAP Enterprise Portal is compulsory as a front-end for users to view risk registers and risk reports?

No, GRC 10 has an embedded Netweaver Business Client (NWBC) embedded as a user interface. You do not need the portal, and you do not need to install an NWBC application on your computer. You do need to assign the NWBC user, however.
