High Avaibility - License - SAP on HPUX

We are planning to install Customer Relationship Management Productive
environment using High Avaibility Option (in HPUX), we want to know if this
requires a special license or any costs, payments?
I gues for SAP licensing it's another hardware key to register, but for hardware "cluster" it has to be licensed
Also we have to server one server "A" if for DEV/QAS system (they are installed) and the other server "B" is for PRD (it's not installed). I want to know if we can use  both servers for HA
Do you have any idea? am I right in certain things?

A : No seperate license is required for Cluster. You would just need SAP License for both nodes which are part of High Availability Cluster.
