What is the lates support pack(SP) is running for GRC AC 5.3

You'll find the Support Packages for GRC AC 5.3 in http://service.sap.com/swdc

The latest SP for GRC 5.3 is #19, hence you'll find these SPs for the Java components under SWDC (there are some patches also) but the SP numbering for VIRSANH/VIRSAHR is not in sync with java components. This is a little bit tricky, but you can find the SP synch table attached to the note:
