UD date selection

Hi All,

I am new to QM.

I have a inspection lot created on 27.11.2012 and now what i need is today (8.12.2012) im doing usage decision today and the posting date of the usage decision should be 27.11.2012. please suggest me where to change the date while doing UD.

Dear XJOE

Ther are two thing while doing UD

1) to give Ud code

2) to do stock postinig if stock relveant inspection lot.

UD Given date is automatically pick by the sytem as current date. You cannot chage it.

But While doing stock posting you can change document date and posting date by header icon given in inspeciton lot stock tab. as suggested by Sunil.

The Usage decision date can not be changed it gets recorded in the background .

In case your querry is regarding changing the document posting date , you can change it from the Usage decision transaction -> Inspection lot stock ( tab ) -> Document button .
