Price Condition Records for Common Division

Former Member

Hi,

As per SAP Standard functions, Common division are also used for common condition masters.

I have two divisions 10 & 11 where I have maintained Ref division as 11.

Now in VK11, for incoterms table 33 , I have maintain condition records for Division 11.

Ideally it should also be determined for Division 10. I don't see any condition record determined for incoterms.

In Analysis, it says no condition record maintained for Div 10.

Can anybody please suggest.

Ankit,

Please comment on the below:

1. Is this the first time your company is using Common Division for pricing?

If not then please look into those data related to Common division + pricing that is already created.

2. What are the fields of this condition table, which is the issue in this thread?

Ankit,

No special configuration setting when using common division.

In pricing, create condition record with common division.

In transactions (sales order, billing), create with division which has common division, for the common division the condition record is already maintained.

Ankit,

Please re-check all the steps you have done. And answer the below question:

1. In VOR2, field DivCon. Is this correctly set up?

2. In VK13, check condition record

2.ii. What are the fields of the condition table?

3. In VA01, create with division NOT common division (but the combination of Sales org, div --> Common division Condition, in VOR2 is maintained)

4. In sales order, Check Tab Conditions

Got it.. Thanks.. Was missing a silly set up.. VOR2.. there are two Div columns.. DIV Con and DIV Cus..

But i had maintained only DIV Cust for Customers and in DIV Con.. I had maintained different divisions.

Very silly..

Ankit,

That was a check which I had suggested in my first reply (in this thread)

Check in VOR2, if in field DivCon 11 is put, for Sales organization and division 10.

If you press F1 in both fields, you would see that common division can be different for different master data, i.e.:

- creation of Customer master records

- creation of condition records

I have tested this in IDES and it works fine.

Check in VOR2, if in field DivCon 11 is put, for Sales organization and division 10.

Then create a sales order with sales area Sales org., distribution channel & division = 10; the pricing condition record maintained for Division 11 shall populate in the sales order.

Hi,

Please check what is the Division you have maintained in the Master Records.
