Daily usage of a water report in a plant with the help of measuring points and Measurement documents

Step1: create characteristic(ct04)

step2: create Measuring point ( for equipment or function location as per requirement) (ik01)

step3: group  the list of  measuring point (ik31)

step4:  collective entry of mess document (ik34)

step5: check report in IK17

step6: if wrong posting , cancelled the document in IK18

plz check and confirm.

                   Forstly I would like to thank you for your reply. I have done Done this all Already , But I am not able to get a full day usage report of water in the plant. After crating this all how can we link all these and get a final report..i mean

Chemical Plant 3200ltrs           Recieved 31700 ltrs

PP 620                                   Stock

furnance 120

other  0                              In plant Stock 6790 ltrs..

total 3940..

The values I have given randomly, but need get the report in this way.. Can you please reply is it possible with the above characteristics are not (  I mean Measuring points and Meas. doc.)

You have to creat Z- repot, AS PER YOUR REQUIREMENT

Thanks for your Reply, But what could be the functional logic can be given to the Abaper by basing upon the measuring points and measuring docs. That's my Question..If you can let me know any idea regarding this aspect that would be very helpful..

Plz create selection screen:

a) entery list

b) date

c) time

d) measuring point

Report format :

a) Measuring Point

b) equipment no or function location

c) equipment details or function location

d) opening reading( previous day reading)

e) closing reading( today reading)

f) difference

g) unit

h) cumalative ( as per your requirement ex:month,year)
