BAPI to get list of incidents in Service Desk Implementation

How do I get the list of incidents for a particular ASSIGNED_TO on the Service Desk application that starts through crm_ui?

I am looking for the BAPI / FM name.

Hello svr balaji,

Please logon try this shortkeys maybe will help to find name of BAPI/ or Fm name (or trace the user using st01 tcode).
