I am currently attempting to install the liveCache server version 7.7.04 build 29 on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.6 (x64) and it is stuck on 'Create database schema' (Phase 7 of 7). I have looked through several notes and other posts and have not found the solution to this issue. It was initially stuck for around 15 hours, so I stopped the sapinst and restarted. The sapinst was able to start back up but is again stuck in this phase (Create database schema). Note 1083639 lists some Linux IA64 recommendations, but none for x64.
Here are the last few entries in the XCMDOUT.LOG file:

Any help is appreciated.

Hello Michael,
please tell us what password did you use for liveCache user during installation.
Similar issues occurred in the past when "special" characters were used (like @ character).
Did you try the installation with default password "sap"?
-> Did you create the SAP message on this issue?

Hello Natalia,
I did use a special character '@' in the password; however, I see no specific notes or inst guides noting that it could not be used. Have you found any SAP documentation noting to not use special characters for this installation?
I did open a message with SAP.
Thanks,
Michael
