Free text Shopping cart issue

Hello SRM experts,

When user creates the free text shopping cart and it went to Completion workflow.When approver rejects the shopping cart the line item is getting deleted.When it back to creator no line item appears.Is this the standard behaviour for free text shopping cart?.If it should go back to requestor with out deletion of item how should we have to configure it.

Thanks for the reply.

But my issue is item getting deleted once it is rejected by approver in completion workflow.It is going to user inbox with out any item in it.

@Rithesh: When we check in user inbox shopping cart is available for edit.But with no item in it.

Hi Shiva,

Based on information which you provided it looks like you are using Process Controlled workflow? In such case could you please check if you have configure work item type Adjust which sends to Requester whenever Approver Rejects the cart in completion workflow?Please refer SAP document for the same http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm70/helpdata/EN/01/ad7bc4d66f4bc1a52a0cd21cdfa2ff/frameset.htm

Hi Shiva,

The behavior you mentioned is not standard behavior. Whenever approver reject shopping cart it should come back in Requester inbox to make edit.

Can you please check User inbox if he/she is seeing shopping cart for Edit? Or you are going directly in POWL of user to check the cart?

Also, please check in BBP_PD for the shopping cart, You should see the item over there.
