OK02 Status profile update

Hi,

We have created User status profiles using OK02 for Contract masters as below

Active - in this status we can do transactions in the contract

Locked - in this status contract cannot be changed or no transactions can be done.

If by mistake any of the Contract is locked we need to go to OK02 tcode and allow the unlocking.

As OK02 is one of the IMG (SPRO) transaction code it not dereclty modifiable in Production. And we can not open the complete production client to do this activity.

Please suggest how can we manage this change directly in the production without opening the client.

Hi Satish,

Firstly, I think not only for t-cd: OK02, but for all other customizing, sometimes, you will need to change it in your PRD system, is that right?

Usually, for customizing change, you will need to change it firstly in your DEV system, and then transport it to the QAS system for checking the result, and if no problem, you can then transport to you PRD system.

I think it's the only standard way if you do not want to change directly in the PRD system by open the client.
