Upload resume through ITS service pbw3_tc and gui

Dear Guru,

We have service pbw3_tc running for applicant and everything works fine except for the uploading of the resume. System allowing to browse the resume. But same applicant login to the system again could not able to view the attached resume .

What are the parameters of the service: "pbw3_tc" as set in SICF?

Since when has issue been occurring? Since a Kernel or BASIS upgrade? What are your current versions?

Recommendation would be to use ~webgui instead of ~generatedynpro.

I made changes in the service paramter as you suggested ,still facing same problem .

When an applicant initially attached the document , system displays attached document as shown in figure 2 .The issue is when same applicant again login to the system he/she could not able to view his attached document.

What happens when you call the transaction: pbw3_TC via the WEBGUI service?

o Start transaction SICF
o Open the corresponding tree nodes for the service you would like to
test i.e webgui

transaction /nsicf > default host ->
sap -> bc -> gui -> sap -> its -> webgui
o Select Test service from context menu of the service node
i.e: Right Click -> Test Service
This will launch the webgui service in the browser - from here logon
to system again. From the OKFilecode type /npbw3_TC

By executing this webgui service and follow the same transaction code pbw3_TC , system behaving same means is not attaching document .
