Debit and Balance of Credit columns are missing in excel after J2I6

Dear SAP Experts,

I am extracting RG23A-2 Registers and after that I am doing J2I6 to take print out. In that, when i check script form then I am getting all the information correctly but when i am downloading the same with Excel form then Debit and Balance of Credit columns are missing and other columns are also not in properly incorporated. Is there any configuration required to solve this or any SAP note is required to implement? Kindly do the needful in this matter.

Hi, to mae life simpler, seat with excise user, understand his format and then show him SAP excel format after downloading in J2I6. It is perfect an dno config is required to format it. Just you need to post the entries correctly.

Script format is obsolete and is no longer supported.

The excel format that you are getting need not match exactly with your script format.
