PI7.31 dual stack with Netweaver BPM usage

Hi PI Gurus,

We got a strange requirement from our client to install PI7.31 dual stack  with full BPM usage( ccBPM + all functionality of Netweaver BPM).

I have heard that NW BPM is only available with Process Orchestration.

In above background, my queries are as follows:

1. Shall we install PI7.31 dual stack and upload all other components of NW BPM on same PI box? Is this feasible?

2. Do we need to buy extra license for NW BPM?

We already have PI7.11 system available with us.

Please reply back asap.

Hi Anurag,

If you choose to install PI 7.31 dual stack then i do not think on same instance you could install SAP NW BPM. If you customer want to use BPM then install as a difference component this is possible.

Better to contact SAP to get accurate details.

Hi Anurag,

NW BPM is also available as part of any Netweaver Java s/w component install. You can install BPM by installing a Java AS and adding BPM usage type.

On the license end, someone else might be able to help...
