Problem in loading master data from BW

Dear all,

I am using Business Process Analytics in SAP Solution Manager 7.1, and when i am selecting load BW master data for a partiular monitoring object its status hasnt changed since long an i havent got an updated analytics record as i used to get earlier

I have also selected group by box for each of the application monitor, yet the status of the BW master does not changes to loaded from scheduled.

Please advise.

As I mentioned in the thread, please try load master data again by choosing 1 object.

The way to load master data is diffrent depending on the object. So it is important

which object does not work even you conducted above operation.

You also mentioned, data is not avaialble in Analytics....

Actually BW Master data load is just for loading text (like plant name, doc type name etc).

Even it does not finsihed, you should be able to see analytics data if the configuration is correct.

I describes this in following thread, so please take a look at following thread as well.

(One suspecious point is, Connect Instance is not configured for Analytics.. Or AKF update

is not conducted.  To see the Analytics data, you need this. You can automate AKF update

by following the description of SAP Note 1747971).

Hi Keiji,

Apologies for the delayed update but the pending jobs completed without any errors after 2 days on their own. I guess it was just a matter of time
