POWL Issue in SRM

Hi,

We have just upgraded SRM from 7.01 SP 04 to 7.01 SP08.

We are having an issue in POWL. When we click on settings and change the Displayed Rows like from 10 to 20 in the tab Display and save as a new view and make it initial, so everytime we refresh the POWL the rows display the original row count that is 10.

Is there a config missing or any config to be done.

Hello,

This is standard system behavior that display column will always get refresh to 10... In order for you to keep 20 all the time, Please do the following configuration.

Identify which roles is assigned to user (i.e. Operational Purchaser or Employee self service). With that you can find the POWL Query for the role. For example if Operational Purchaser role is assigned then POWL Queries are From SAPSRM_OP_PURCHASING_01_01 To SAPSRM_OP_PURCHASING_06_01 which includes all SC, PO, Confirmation etc. Go into Transaction code POWL_QUERY and select the query which you are using to show to User.

In there go into Layout Variant and set display column to 20 and save under standard variant or make custom variant and then assign that variant in POWL_QUERY as follow in order to have that layout always open for user.
