Generate Reminder Dates for Contracts

Hello,

Greetings!!!

We want to us the Reminder functionality to define reminder dates, on which real estate objects are checked and submitted for continued processing.

In the help follwing IMG path is mentioned SAP Customizing Implementation Guide ® Flexible Real Estate Management (Enterprise Extension) ® General Settings for Master Data and Contract ® Reminders:

We are using ECC6.0 EHP5.0 version of SAP, here I do not find the node Reminders in the said IMG path, is there any way to get it?

first of all it would be nice if you could avoid the !!! signs as they might be treated as unpolite. Thanks.

Regarding your question please find the 'reminder' functionality in the IMG named as 'resubmission'.

Dear Franz Posch,

Thanks for your reply.

The client is using Leasing Out functionality where we need to generate reminder for the RE Contract so that using that list client can update the conditions in those contract and generate bill and sent it Customer to receive payments.

When I checked the customization under re-submission reminder is not found. Could you please throw some more light on this.

Hi Kishore,

first of all please check the following customizing settings.

Define Resubmission Reasons: here you define different reasons that are used to differentiate resubmissions.

Define Resubmission Rules: her you define the rules for generating the dates for resubmission.

SAP provides rules in the standard system that you can use or create your own ones.

Make Settings per Object Type: Here you assign the reasons and rules to the object types (means contract in your case)

Hint: For testing purposes you may use the customizing settings delivered by SAP.

Afterwards create resubmission rules in the contract.

Then you can use report RFRECARSCN to get a list of the resubmission dates generated (or use RE80 for this purpose).
