Z-Reports Original billing no.

HI Guru's... i am preparing Z-report for credit memo and debit memo... now i want to get the original billing number  and date in to my report,  which table can i refer for development? any help appreciated.

Table is VBRK

What is

- original billing number?

- date (is it billing date or billing document creation date?)

To get suggestions, for the creation of a report; please convey what are the input parameters.

If you explain the business requirement (w.r.t output & input) that too would be beneficial for us and probably you.

HI i am preparing CN, DN Regiter, Input paranpmeters: sales area, customer, plant, billing type. and taxcode and  Credit Note will be created w.r.t Credit memo request, and credit memo request will be created w.r.t Billing document. now i have to get billing document number(not credit memo) and billing date in my report. thanks for your reply
