Hi Expert,

Can you tell me please what the process of inspection type 3 and 4 ?

If i want to do  reverse the GRS but in QM UD done and stock posting also done then how to reverse UD and how to return stock in quality.

Hi Ricky,

If you want to reverse the UD with stock then you have to implement the  sap note 175842.

Go through the below thread for 03 and 04 inspection

Hi..

If you dont want to implement note then.

1. Create Return PO

2. do GR and while GR select stock type as unrestricted.

3. again create new PO and GR.

As per the standard SAP it is not possible to reverse the stock posting

Use SAP note: 175842 stock posting reversal
