Reports in Travel Management

Dear All,

I found the report where in we can see the advance & payment details with the status of Request / Trip, settlement status & FI transferred status. Once its transferred there is no tracking... like payment is done or not ?

S_AHR_61016405 - General Trip Data/Totals/Receipts/Cost Assignment

Even in the above report status will be as 1, 2, 3 etc, can i bring the description here ... like Request recorded, request approved, Trip completed, etc

Is there any report in TMS which can give me a the status of Payment of advance in FI & settlement status in FI.

Or i need to refer FI reports ?

Hi,

methinks report RPR_TRIP_PAYMENT_HISTORY_FI might be what you need.

hi,

I don't think there is any report available in standard SAP, that gives you status description directly in reports. As far as status on payment made goes, if payment is made in a different backend (FI) system, then there is no report available to track it directly from T&E system.

Hi,

What i want is, Lets assume i have paid Rs 10K as advance to my employee after request has approved. Now after 1 month, If execute a report i should be able to know whether the advance has been paid or not. Then advance settlement has done or not ?

I thought to refer FBL3N, But here i need check for individual request numbers if wants to check the status.
