Error: while running JSPM; Deployment has been rejected because it is already deployed.

Dear All  I am installing Solman 7.1 and upgrade from SP04 to SP09. However, When I run JSPM to upgrade the JSPM itself it has been rejecting the SCA file. Below is the log for your review. I have copied the kernel and \EPS IN folder from the other system. I am not sure if I've copied some file from the Sandpit system which is propmting JSPM that files/stack has already been applied. As such grateful, if someone can help me out with the fix.

I also would like to know, what are the files which gets updated while or after running JSMP.
