Hi Friends,
We want to do email configuration in SOLMAN for service desk, requirement is when ever support desk create a new message in and assign to Processor then automatic email should go to that processor saying a ticket has been assigned so that he can log in to solman to see the ticket.
We have followed the below link to configure this functionality but email is coming to message creator not to message processor.

Hello Abdul,
Just copy action profile as you created for reporter. Open copied action and change
from Partner Determination: Partner Dependent; Partner Function SLFN0002 to message processor (SLFN0004).

Please note the partner in your action in sppfcadm tcode choose you action profile
within the action change the partner and choose the respective partner by F4 help
delete the conditions and re-create them then only it wil work just updating partner won't help.
