Inspection Document not created

Dear Experts,

During Inbound Delivery processing with QM,  Quality Inspection document is not getting created.

A valid Inspection rule exits. In our scenario, we have QM with sampling and Storage process defined with Unload, Deconsolidation, QI and Putaway.

Please suggest your thoughts on why still the Inspectio Document is not created.

Hi Shetty,

here are a few suggestions:

a) Check that your IOT version from the qinspection rule is active in the warehouse.

IMG -> EWM -> Cross-Process Settings -> Quality Management -> Basics -> Warehouse-Dependent Activation of Inspection Object Type

In the same IMG node, check the point in time for creation of the inspection document (dropdown field "Follow-Up Action Delivery").

e.g. if the point in time for inspection is "At status In Yard", the inspection document will be created when the delivery is posted to status "In Yard".

b) Check the determination of the inspection rule with transaction /SCWM/QRSIM
