WCL cannot be accessed

Hi,

I am getting a strange issue with my WCL. When i try to log into WCL via the SAP-EM system (Event Management>Web Interface (Classic)>Search Page) i am able to log-in using my credentials.

But when i try to go to the web link from my browser manually, i cannot login.

Does anyone know why?

Earlier i was also encountering another issue that the WCL of production was throwing data of the Quality system, but i resolved that by clearing my brower history.

Hi,

I found the reason for this. apparently the brower was storing cookies which were not being deleted by just erasing the temp internet files via browser options. I had to manually delete these files by going to the temp foler of my machine.
