Browser Link SRM

Hello everybody.

I have installed the SRM and now I have problems to get start browser link SRM, I started the transaction SICF and started BBPSTART, so the browser is opened but I can't view the icons, they are not available.

Someone knows haw can I solve this?

Hi,

What is the message you are getting?

Check the foll things:

1.Entries are maintained for the SRM server (with FQDN)in table "TWPURLSVR".

2.Entry is maintained in the HOST file for SRM system.

3.Have you activated and published all the ITS services?

Hi,

Check also in transaction SICF if you have activated following services:

- sap\public\bsp\sap\htmlb

- sap\public\bsp\sap\public

- sap\public\bsp\sap\public\graphic

- sap\bc\graphics

Also the user who is trying this should have suitable roles and assigned correctly in the organisation structure with relevant attributes.
