BP-CRM70_700V3_Corrections .rtz file extension

Dear All;

I am in the process of implementing SAP Best Practice CRM V2.70 for CRM 7.0

Every thing went well till I reached the point where I need to upload the installation data "51039840_BP_FILES_EN_CRM_700V3.zip" that come with SAP Note "1461657"

I get the following error:

I checked the error, and I found out that I need to extract the co- and data-file of the attached file "BP-CRM70_700V#_corrections.zip" to my transport directory and import them into my system

"BP-CRM70_700V#_corrections.zip" comes attached with SAP Note "1513039"

Can you please tell me how to extract the co- and data-file of the attached file "BP-CRM70_700V#_corrections.zip" to my transport directory.

Hi Amal,

When you unzip the file BP-CRM70_700V#_corrections.zip attached to note 1513039

you get 2 files

K900376.RTZ

R900376.RTZ

The file K900376.RTZ needs to placed in your transport directory

usr/sap/trans/cofiles

The file R900376.RTZ needs to be placed in usr/sap/trans/data

Now go to transaction STMS

Import overview

Click on the system you are importing into.

Then from the top menu, selecting "Extras" -> "Other Requests" -> "Add"

then on the pop-up, click the little white box to the right of the Transp. Request field

select "R900376.RTZ" which should appear

This is now added to your queue and you can import via the truck icon.
