Solman dispatcher is down after profile update

Hi All,

Recently I installed SOLNAM 7.1 and i updated the instance profile as per Note 1582842 - Profile parameters for Solution Manager 7.1.

When i restart the system the dispatcher is getting shut down.

Message server status is running but not  responding.

Dispatcher status is stopped.

dev_disp, dev_ms and dev_w0 are attached.

Hello,

In dev_w0 you can find ERROR => CONNECT failed with sql error '12541'

Please check this note 609332 - Composite note: ORA-12541/ORA-12224  and find out why ora listner does not work.

Also try command R3trans -d as <SID>adm user.

Please check that oracle listener is up and running.

I got the same problem it got solved after listener service started.
