Hi,

We want to upgrade EA-PS patch level from 0016 to 0021. Can anyone tell be the benefits for the same.

Hi,

A bit vague question... Obviously, you will have some notes included with this update and therefore some bugs fixed, which might were not even relevant for your customization. There is no significant functional change between the two packages.

Hi Eli,

Thanks for reply. I got number of notes which will be implemented after this upgrade. Those notes are related to fixing of bugs. So what to say to client , why this upgrade is important.

If these notes are relevant for the bugs you are having, then this is your explanation. Otherwise, it would be hard
