I want to know how to set up the overdue monitoring in EM? How is the calculation done?

Hi,

for the calcuation the system checks if the event is an expected event and if either the message expected event date or the expected event date is in the past.

If this is true the reactions are executed based on the customizing described by Zenon.

Set up the batch job in /saptrx/EMJOBS.

This will look for Expected Events that have become overdue.

Reactions to overdue Expected Events are configured in SPRO under Expected Events. If you have configured a Rule Set you will find this easy..
