Can'nt start Admin instance of ITS after a new installation

HI,

just installed ITS AGATE/WGATE on two different hosts and wanted to start ITS admin instance, but failed to get the lof-in screen! No significant clues found in sapnet!

Hi,

Have u configure the IACOR administration in both the wgate and agate hosts?

Pl check also if the SAPiacor service is running in both the hosts or not.

The IACOR prog u can get from the foll path

c:\program files\sap\itsprogram.

Hi Manas,

The IACOR services are running on both AGAT/WGATE as i have a dual host ITS.

I have installed ADMIN service on both AGATE/WGATE. I can acces the SAP system from WGATE after configuring the IACOR running on both AGATE/WGATE.

My Questions:

a)Where do i need to install an ADMIN Instance(on AGATE host or WGATE host) ?

b)There is nothing clear in SAP's Installation Guide 6.20

c) Is it possible with the ADMIN instance to manage the sites!

d) Do i have to define a website for ADMIN

I have installed AGATE/WGATE with the attached docs from you and it works fine. But failed to load the admin service!

Will be pleased for your suggestion.

did you install the instance as an admin instance? Are the files on the server available (the folder admin)?

Problem resolved. The reason:

My windows admin closed the ports of the servers without informing me as a sabotage, therefore i failed to connect to agate/wgate computers! My settings were perfect as written in the docu.
