Run SNP Optimizer (Deployment)

Hello Gurus,

How have you been?, I have a question about SNP-Deployment Optimizer, I want to execute an optimizer before a midnight and fix the PDATE with the date that optimizer took in account (the date before change, that's mean, before midnight) in order to maintain consistency with the processing date, some colleague recommend me use the next function module /SAPAPO/MSNP_BAS_EXTERN_PDATE, but I would like to know futher information about this fuction module? Do you have a little advise or document how I can use it? Thank you in advanced. Regards.

Please elaborate your requirement, a little bit, for better understanding.

I wonder what's the sequence of your planning run?

Why is a Deployment-Optimizer needed, when a plain Deployment could be used?

These would help the folks here to understand your querry better.
