Dear all,
I'm implemanting the GRC 10 SP 10,
when the user tries to generate a Dashboard,it comes with a balnk screen, (like empty but even if there were no data the PIE/grafic might appear)
does anybody knows the cause?

does have anyone a solution for this problem meanwhile. I have the same issue. I have also checked the flashplayer, the authorizations.. but the dasbboard still empty.

I have seen messages from other customers where this was solved by ensuring a Flash player was installed on their Browser.

Yes, you are correct. I found the following in the training material. Ensure that your buffers are properly setup.
Buffers must be setup before you can execute dashboard reports. You must set up a buffer for each period you plan on executing a dashboard for. They can be periodically cleared to keep only the current periods available. Once created, a background job is created that will update the data on a regular basis, so you receive current results when you execute the dashboard reports.
