GRC 10 PC Dashboard blank

Dear all,

I'm implemanting the GRC 10 SP 10,

when the user tries to generate a Dashboard,it comes with a balnk screen, (like empty but even if there were no data the PIE/grafic might appear)

does anybody knows the cause?

REPORTS AND ANALYTICS > EVALUATION STATUS DASHBOARD (screenshoot attached)

to all assessment sumary, test of effectives, issue status, remediation status

Implement the note 1842988. I got the same problem as a result of implement SP10.

does have anyone a solution for this problem meanwhile. I have the same issue. I have also checked the flashplayer, the authorizations.. but the dasbboard still empty.

I have seen messages from other customers where this was solved by ensuring a Flash player was installed on their Browser.

Hi Paul,

In my michine I have the adobe flash player

installed, also when I go to t-code SE80

and check GRPC_ANA_HOMECHARTS and swf file it is generate the pie, but on the portal or even NWBC

What roles have you assigned to yourself?  Do you have the role Z_GRFN_CONN, as discussed in the Security Guide?

the user already  has authorization to object GRFN_CONN

acvt 16 and to all connector *,

but is not it for the automate monitoring?

Yes, you are correct.  I found the following in the training material.  Ensure that your buffers are properly setup. 

Buffers must be setup before you can execute dashboard reports.   You must set up a buffer for each period you plan on executing a dashboard for.  They can be periodically cleared to keep only the current periods available.  Once created, a background job is created that will update the data on a regular basis, so you receive current results when you execute the dashboard reports.

the bufer and datamart is already setup for the time frame year,

isn't the datamart for improve performace when users cretae a report?

That's one of its purposes, but for dashboards it appears to be essential.

I don't thik that this is an authorization issue. But just to be double sure, can you please execute the report with a user which is having sap_all authorization and let us know.

I put SAP_ALL and also GRFN_ALL but the same problem

any Idea?
