Material master : cash discount indicator

Hello,

I’m currently trying to create a Material in SAP and I want to initialize the “Cash discount” with the value “Blank”(MVKE-SKTOF in sale org 1).

I notice that some fields have constants assigned to them and the cash discount indicator is concerned (see help.sap.com “Articles: Reference Data from Constants”). The default value is “X”.

Do you know if it’s possible to change this constant.

I already try to create a transaction variant using SHD0 but it does not work.

However I do not have any pb in change mode.

My topics is more about the process of creation with the MM01 transaction. The initial value for MVKE-SKTOF is "X" and i want it to be "Blank".

In change mode, you can very well untick this box and save.

You can make this field in display mode.  For that execute OMS9, input 90 in Field sel. group and execute.  From the below listed fields, select MVKE-SKTOF.  Now click your  mouse under "Display" for 90 and save.  Now check the material master.
