SC with Limit Item using Extended Classic Scenario?

Hello,

Can we implement SC with Limit Item using Extended Classic Scenario.

I mention that we replicate the Product Categories from R/3 backend.

We have tried to create a SC with Limit item, but the data on Quantity, Price and Tax is not picked up at PO level.

Regards,

Shaiek

Hi,

There is nothing to configure compared to a "standard SC".

Standard role SAP_BPP_STAL_PURCHASER do have the shop with limit transaction.

Please provide more details in case you have issues with it.

Kind regards,

Yann

Hi Yann,

I mention that we do have the transaction for shop with limit.

The problem is that when i create a SC with Limit item, the data on Quantity,

Price and Tax is not transfered to PO.

Which SRM version are you using ?

There seems to a bug in the Limit Item case. I will tell you few OSS Notes which might help.

Hope this will help.

Hi

Please try out this.

For the time-being,

Try de-activating all the custom BADI Implementations and check, what is happening, in the standard SRM system. How does it behave incase of limit item ?

Incase it works fine, without any Custom Implementation active in the system, I suspect there is something wrong in your current deactivated BADI Implementation.

Since i don't have access to your system , Please paste the code here.

Hope this will help.

Please reward suitable points.

Regards

- Atul

Hi Lina,

If i have understood your question correctly then you want to restrict your shopping cart on the base of the cost.

This is possible through limiting the levels of the users who are approving the work item.

You can create a z table a. You can assign the values against each level and check the users level in the task of the object.
