Hi There,
We are implementing 7.1 sp04 Incident Management VAR and have encountered an issue with changing the Status of Incidents.
Regardless of wether we raise the incident within workcenter or sr_crm (GUI) the incident defaults to status 'Sent to Support' and even if we try to change it, it saves but reverts to 'Sent to Support ' again.
Any ideas why this is happening and what i could check?

Please try implement note 1754902 - Confirm pushbutton active in status "Sent to Support"
