Hi Vinu & Lakshmipati,

My customer has a return & in MMBE it is showing like SD document (Return no) reserved with unrestricted use. He wants to reverse it to only unrestricted use to make use of it in some other orders.

The movement type used in return is 653.

Thanks & Regards,

Movement type 653 will post the stock to unrestricted only.  Can you please reconfirm whether your statement is correct ?

Why don't you post the screen shot of MB51. Your responses are contradictory.

First, you need to identify through which movement type, the stock was uploaded which you can check in MB51.  Based on this, you can make use of alternate movement type to reverse the entry which would be either one numerical value higher or lower.  From your indication, I feel, if you set Reason for Rejection for that line item in that sale order, you can make use of the stock for alternate sale order and no need of reverse.
