SC Workflow Currency

Hi Gurus!

Just to confirm my understanding, someone can to confirm is some requester create a SC in EUR and the default currency for the approver is per example USD, the SC will show up to approve in USD into UWL?? And changing to different currencies depending of the PPOMA_BBP user attributes?

hi Gax,

Are you using AC WFL or PC? At AC you set the default surrency in the start condition. If is PC and you use the currency inside a BRF for example, depending on what you are doing you make sure to use a FM to make the conversion. Otherwise if using standard delivered shemas and levels then I guees currency is used only on spending limit and then you must set this on the users attributes ( the limits and currencies).

We are on assesment phase, so I'm using my imagination Jejejeje

I think that I wasn't clear with my explanation.

I mean if you buy an Bulding in Sao Paulo in currency BRL, but this SC must to be approved by:

1. Local Director (BRL in CUR position attributes)

2. Global CEO (USA in CUR position attributes)

Them will see the WF to approve as BRL or USD depending the attributes for each one)
