CRM IDES upgrade - CALC add-on, vendor key missing

Hi Everyone!

I'm upgrading CRM IDES to version 731, and I'm on the 'Add-on selection' phase where I have to decide either I update add-on or keep the current version. I'd like to keep the current version, but when I check this option and click next I have to enter 'vendor key' for CALC. I have been looking for it everywhere, and I can't find it. So maybe some of you have this key, or at least know where can I find it? I attached screenshots from update process where I stuck.

I will be grateful for any help you can provide!

Gaurav,

as I wrote before, the keys from note 1490355 doesn't match. Currently I have installed CALC with version is 700 (attachment). Pls advice.

Hello Tomasz,

You need to include an

ACP in EPS/in and re-run the configuration phase.

Please download the following ACP and put the extracted files in

EPS/in, (you can search for this package in the marketplace)

CALC======700

Please update me accordingly.

I have been looking for CALC and ACP on the SMP, but with no luck.. I don't know exactly what kind of package to should look for. Could you specify which one I should download?

Ok, I've enter the 'SEPS' transaction, goto->inbox and there, when I've sorted subject in ESP Inbox, there are nothing like CALC=====700 .. does it mean that I don't have this ACP for CALC?

Hello Tomasz,

Looks like you do not have the ACP in ../EPS/in/

Please download the ACP using the below steps :

http://service.sap.com/swdc

  --> Search for Software downloads

    --> Now Search for the keyword 'CALC======700' without quotes.

Thank you for directions, but when I search for 'CALC======700' in the place you described above, SMP returns 'No results have been found (for this page).' Do you have any other ideas ?

Hello

I am able to search it on SMP. Did you search without quotes??

CALC======700    ----->   right keyword     (Without quotes)

'CALC======700'   ------> wrong keyword    (With single quotes)

this package status is released for customers so you should able to able to find it on SMP. If not then it might me some access issue.

Yes, I've been searching for it without quotes, but no results have been found. Is there any other way to do upgrade without this CALC package?

Hi Alexander,

Well, I've resolved my problem by removing old IDES system and installing a new one from SMP. I didn't manage to update the old ides system, because it is not supported by SAP, and there were too many issues to resolve (i.e. I couldn't find this ACP, etc.). Moreover, I didn't have enough time to do this, so I finally gave up.

Also make sure that you have the ACP CALC======700 . you can download the ACP from the

SMP.

Please check the note below,

1490355: Release strategy for the ABAP add-on CALC

This note says that No upgrades are available at present. It also has

the vendor key which needs to be provided during IS_SELECT phase.

Please let me know how it goes.

Thank U for your response Juan! I have tried these keys, but unfortunately neither 1495676 nor 1613415 didn't work. I had the same issue with ST-A/PI, but I have found key vendor for release 731 and it has worked fine. Keys in the note 1490355 are for the 701 and 702 release, and they don't match.
