GRC 10: How to activate custom routing rule???

Hi,

I have written a routing rule using BRF+. This rule contains the following:

- Request Type

- Role Name

It returns  rule set value as well

My requirement is that, this routing rule should be in effect when a certain condition satisfies (like a line item containing a role name starting with "YMM").Please tell me how I can activate on a particular stage considering such condition.

hi Faisal,

what are you trying to have somethign like YMM role should to a specific approver then u need to create an agent rule not the routing rule.
