Unable to Create PO from Shopping Cart in SRM 7.02

Hi,

I am creating direct PO from shopping cart in SRM portal, But the xml is not getting generated in SRM (SXMB_MONI).

I believe its a configuration issue in SRM.

Please help....

Hi Nitin,

Please check if Event Linkage types are activated for PO object and class.

Hello Nitin,

You should check in RZ20 for Transmission Errors. I would also suggest if you have checked event linkages then to switch on event trace and check in the trace where it's failing.

Hi Nitin,

Are you creating direct Po in ECC with classic scenario implementation? If so then what is the status of Shopping cart in SRM system? You can check it in BBP_PD transaction code, There may be chance if shopping cart stuck in error.

Hi Ritesh,

I can see in BBP_PD the shopping cart is in Approved and the final status is:

"I1112 Error in Transmission"

Pl suggest how to resolve it.

Hi Nitin,

Error in Transmission status means you should see some error in RZ20. Did you check. There could be various issue ranging from master data set up to connectivity issue.

Can you please check and provide details what you are seeing in RZ20. Also, which SRM version are you guys on?

Hi Nitin,

In RZ20 you should check Shopping cart as per your scenario SC is converting into PO and SC status is I1112 error in transmission.

schedule report BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER and see, it shuold re process.
