Change IdM Search Result Restriction of 100 Results

Hi,

when searching in IdM UI the search result list is usually restricted to 100 entries (e.g. privileges). Is there a way to change this number to e.g. 200 or even "all"? If yes, where can I find the setting?

Hi Fabian

The Identity Store has a Max Results setting which defaults to 100 (select the ID Store and it should be right there under general...)  Not sure if you can set it to 'all' but if the number is sufficiently high it should be fine...

Thanks a lot Peter, that's correct. I tried the setting before but it seems to take a while until it takes effect within the UI. I logged off from the UI, then waited for 30 minutes, logged on again and the setting took effect.

I also tried to set it to 0 as a substitute for "all" but then it returned no results 🙂

Also setting it to -1 did not return any results.

So we have to set it to a number high enough to return all results.
