not able to login to ESR and ID in SAP PI 7.1

Hi experts,

When I changed and activated(value mapping) one object in ID, it got hanged and i closed it forcefully.

Now I am not able to Login to ESR and ID. it is getting hanged after providing the logon details.

I checked SLDCHECK and it has given an error " function call returned exception code 4 = check whether the sld is running"

Run Time Workbench is also not responding.

I checked SXI_CACHE it is working fine, i also did complete cache refresh.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Narendra,

I think object might be locked.

R u able to start Integration Builder.  If yes, in the home page Administation->Click on Directory tab-> Lock Object Overview-> select the locked objcets-> Click on remove selected locks.

I think java server restart will help to solve ur problem.

I tried and removed the lock.

I am now asking basis guy to restart the java. May be that will help.

Just now i checked the cache....It has gievn below error::::

@8O@ Error during last attempt to refresh cache

What could be the problem and its resolution??
